Choose Your Style
Start by picking the architecture that speaks to you. We have four models: the Swiss Chalet, Heritage Nalukettu, Storybook Tudor, and Timeless Roman Villa. Each comes with a base floor plan, material specification, and interior design direction.

Step 02 · Month 2
Design and Customise
Once you've picked a model, we sit down (in person or on video call) and go through customisation. Floor plan adjustments, room count, square footage, exterior finishes, roofing style, interior materials, electrical brands, add-ons like decks or sunrooms.
Our design team produces factory-ready drawings. You approve them before we cut a single piece of steel.

Step 03 · Months 2–4
Factory Manufacturing
This is where Eutopos is different from every traditional builder. 90% of your home is built inside our factory.
Light gauge steel frames are precision-cut and assembled. Insulated wall panels are fitted with cladding. Roofing components, flooring, and interior elements are prepared to your approved specifications.
No rain delays. No material sitting in the sun. No quality variation between Tuesday's crew and Friday's crew.

Step 04 · Months 2–4 (parallel)
Site Preparation
While your home is being built in the factory, your plot is being prepared in parallel. Foundation work, utility connections, and access planning happen simultaneously.
This parallel workflow is one of the reasons we finish in months, not years. Two workstreams running at the same time.

Step 05 · Months 4–6
Installation and Handover
Factory-built components are transported to your plot and assembled on site. Structure goes up first, followed by cladding, roofing, interiors, and final fit-out.
A QC inspection happens before handover. We walk through every room with you. Keys are handed over only after everything checks out.
